1) Pre heat oven to 190c / Gas Mark 5
Grease the cup cake tray or use greaseproof baking cases.
2) Empty the mix into a bowl, add the lavender seed, plus two medium eggs and 30ml (2 tbsp) of water. Beat with an electric mixer for 1 minute until smooth.
3) Add a further 15ml (1 tbsp) water and continue beating for a further 1 minute.
4) Spoon out the mixture evenly between the 6 cup cases. Cook in centre of the oven for 15 mins, until risen and golden brown.
5) Allow to cool on a wire rack.
