We trust that you will be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us if there are any problems with the goods ordered. Non UK (Overseas) orders may be subject to local Duties and Taxes. Most UK postal orders are usually delivered within 3-4 working days We aim for next working day delivery to a Whitstable CT5 postcode, if the product is in stock. We have tracking codes for each order so please contact us if you have not received your goods within 7 working days.

ONLINE ORDERS - We hope that you will be delighted with the goods. However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return the goods to us you must return them unopened and at your own cost and risk within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please contact us before returning goods for an Authorised Returns Number. Return shipping costs cannot be refunded. For safety reasons food items including Tea cannot be returned.
